Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Clinical Support Services and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the behavioral health review process for the Family Support Services Program and Utilization Management Quality Program
• Conduct quality review activities and ensure timely completion of all cases requiring review
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop educational programs as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• 3 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse
• 2 years of experience in behavioral health, utilization management, and/or quality improvement in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical/psychiatric terminology and behavioral health service delivery
