Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Workday Compensation capability area and assist with other HR functions
  • Collaborate with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team on global merit, bonus, and stock cycle deployments
  • Lead requirements analysis, solutions design, and product delivery for Workday and HR systems modifications
Required Qualifications
  • BA degree and 12+ years of relevant compensation experience; Workday knowledge preferred
  • Experience supporting merit cycles as a business analyst/project manager
  • 3+ years of experience in configuring and maintaining Workday, particularly in Advanced Compensation
  • Additional experience in Workday modules such as Performance, Talent, Benefits, and Recruiting is beneficial
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate across all organizational levels
