Boston Rental Agent Wanted!

We have 5,000+ apartments available and need motivated agents to help us rent them out!

Responsibilities:

– Manage tenant inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.

– Act as a liaison between tenants and property management.

– Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines.

– Negotiate leases and resolve conflicts professionally.

– Keep accurate records of tenant interactions.

– Communicate effectively over the phone with strong etiquette.

Requirements:

– Strong phone and communication skills.

– Ability to work well in a collaborative office environment.
