Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Administrator - Temporary - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for internal and external users on various hardware and software platforms
  • Maintain records of support requests and ensure prompt and professional responses
  • Administer and configure hardware and software for new hires and provide training on new processes and applications
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in computer science or a certificate in computer technology from an accredited institution
  • 2 years of experience in a Help Desk role may substitute for the degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and PC hardware support
  • Experience with ticketing systems and providing support via various communication platforms
  • Ability to conduct group training sessions on technical processes
