Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and accurately to a high volume of inbound phone calls, chats, and emails
• Maintain a customer satisfaction level over 90%
• Log all activities and interactions with customers using Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Customer-facing support experience, preferably at a software company
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent spoken and written communication skills
• A designated work from home area with high-speed internet and minimal interruptions
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with a telephony system such as Talkdesk or RingDNA
