Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and resources to improve HEDIS measures across departments
• Supervise daily staff activities to enhance quality improvement and operational efficiency
• Manage HEDIS projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, HEDIS project management, or healthcare
• Working knowledge of NCQA and HEDIS programs
