Healthcare Technical Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Specialist (Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage processes and systems related to special initiative projects, including product configuration and quality review
• Investigate and respond to questions for assigned projects while generating project status updates
• Monitor product usage post-implementation and collaborate with various internal stakeholders on implementation success

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; B.S., B.A., or advanced degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent
• Experience with agile methodologies and data visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
