Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credits Lead to manage healthcare claim overpayments and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own multiple RCM operational functions and drive performance based on key KPIs
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve KPIs and resolve operational issues
  • Lead special projects to enhance processes and collaborate with internal teams on overpayments strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in overpayments for a Healthcare Organization, preferably in Revenue Cycle Management
  • Deep understanding of KPIs and ability to improve operational performance
  • Experience in identifying pain points and developing solutions
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
