Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst I in Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data from various healthcare sources to influence business decisions
• Support large-scale project execution and conduct root-cause analysis of data irregularities
• Assist in the design and implementation of process enhancements and communicate insights to non-technical partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience with large databases and data management
• Working knowledge of SQL/query languages
• Preferred knowledge of programming languages such as Python and R
• Familiarity with claims payment and risk adjustment in healthcare is desired
