Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Governance Lead to drive the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise data governance framework and maintain related policies and standards
• Partner with business units to standardize and document core business rules and taxonomies
• Lead the identification and onboarding of data owners and stewards, ensuring clarity of responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise data strategy
• Proven track record in designing and operationalizing governance frameworks at scale
• Strong knowledge of data quality principles and business rules management
• Experience with data governance platforms is a plus
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a cross-functional environment
