Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collector - Self-Pay (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations and client guidelines
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes effectively
• Assist with outbound calls and perform additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience in collections/self-pay in healthcare
• 1 year of experience with HER Software Epic
• Preferred: Associate's degree
• Preferred: Two years of related experience in self-pay collections in healthcare
