Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business intelligence solutions for healthcare analytics
• Analyze Revenue Cycle Management processes to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Create data models and dashboards to provide actionable insights for healthcare leadership

Required Qualifications

• Experience in BI development and analytics, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
• Hands-on experience with Power BI; Tableau experience is also acceptable
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including hospital leadership and IT
• Mid-Senior level experience in a contract employment type
