A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy & Insights Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Builds and manages a Customer References program to support various teams
  • Develops and manages the Executive Sponsorship Program and Customer Advisory Board
  • Tracks and analyzes program participation and business impact
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in customer marketing or a similar customer-facing B2B role
  • Experience with customer reference programs and advocacy initiatives
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing tools
  • Master's degree preferred
