Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional telephone support for customer problems, incidents, and queries
• Maintain documentation, notification, and escalation of contacts while managing phone calls
• Meet individual performance standards and assist in cross-training as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer care experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Medicaid experience is a plus
• Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
