Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial statement preparation, annual audits, and regulatory reporting
• Manage staff and develop financial management policies to align with organizational goals
• Participate in financial goal setting, budget preparation, and cash management

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of direct experience with a relevant bachelor's degree, or 10 years of relevant experience
• 4 years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and non-profit accounting procedures
• Experience with financial systems design and implementation
• CPA preferred
