Job Summary

A company is looking for a Texas Scoring Assistant - Science of Teaching Reading.

Key Responsibilities

• Score constructed response components of the Science of Teaching Reading assessment
• Participate in weekly scoring sessions conducted remotely
• Complete orientation and training on scoring methodology and assessment skills

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience teaching Reading in Texas
• Have taught Reading-related courses in Texas within the past three years
• Hold a bachelor's degree
• Comply with ethical obligations under SBEC 230.21 (g)
• Meet specific certification or teaching requirements as outlined in the job description
