Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect, Contact Center (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to build and scale the Contact Center business, driving sales strategy and revenue generation
• Design complex multi-channel customer experience solutions integrating digital self-service with live agent engagement
• Engage with system integrators and technology partners to develop joint solutions and enhance product offerings

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Contact Center technology architecture or management within large enterprises
• Deep understanding of modern CCaaS platforms and their integration with major CRM systems
• Experience in developing business cases and ROI metrics for technology adoption
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical/business field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
• Strong point of view on winning in the Contact Center space and influencing cross-functional teams
