Key Responsibilities

• Increase sign-up rates and app engagement by optimizing existing channels and launching new marketing tactics
• Build automated analytics and reporting processes to measure and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product launches and optimize marketing performance

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of B2C marketing experience in growth marketing or similar roles
• In-depth experience with high-volume A/B testing and multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably Iterable
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
