Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across various paid ad platforms
• Design and run structured A/B tests for optimization and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of paid social experience in a high-growth e-commerce or B2C environment
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other paid social ad platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or other analytical tools
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Curiosity about learning technical aspects such as pixels and tracking
