Growth Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Data Engineer who will support Acquisition and Growth Marketing through data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading into Snowflake
• Make customer data available in real-time for actionable insights across marketing channels
• Develop frameworks for data validation, quality monitoring, and governance while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and SQL, and understanding of data modeling and pipeline architecture
• Experience with full stack engineering and cloud-native tools, including Snowflake, Airflow, and Docker
• Operational rigor with strong monitoring, documentation, and automation practices
• Ability to see the big picture while managing technical details and strategic problem-solving
• Familiarity with growth experimentation or digital marketing ecosystems is a plus
