Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Contracts Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise companies on government contracting, including compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other procurement regulations
• Manage contract administration issues, including negotiations, disputes, and compliance with labor and employment obligations
• Provide strategic counsel on M&A transactions involving government contracts and represent contractors in legal proceedings

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house experience and law firm training
• Deep expertise in government procurement regulations and compliance
• Substantive legal experience as a corporate generalist
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence or practice
