GovCloud Fulfillment Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GovCloud Fulfillment Analyst (FULLY REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full fulfillment lifecycle for GovCloud customers, from sales order to product delivery
• Analyze public sector orders, validate configurations, and collaborate with Engineering for environment setup
• Proactively identify process bottlenecks and lead improvements to enhance operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• US citizen located within the US; able to obtain and maintain IL5 clearance
• 4-6 years of experience in operations, fulfillment, or business process analysis
• Proven track record of owning and improving business-critical processes
• Customer-first mindset focused on the experience from order to delivery
• Ability to take initiative, lead without authority, and drive results
