Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Global Strategic Influencing and Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the development and coordination of organizational policy aligned with long-term strategy
• Direct the creation of unified policy positions on priority issues and foster collaboration across the organization
• Guide research initiatives on global issues to drive evidence-based policy and advocacy efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in global policy and advocacy work, particularly in child rights
• Experience directing the creation of unified policy positions with an understanding of global political dynamics
• Experience managing high-stakes relationships and ensuring strategic alignment across teams
• Experience in crisis management and overseeing the development of global reports and research
