Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Medical Omnichannel End-to-End Engagement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the strategic development and governance of Medical Omnichannel capabilities and services
• Creates and executes a comprehensive omnichannel engagement strategy integrating digital and traditional channels
• Oversees compliance with global medical requirements and manages the global medical omnichannel data strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Sciences, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
• Seven-plus years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Omnichannel development
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence across a cross-functional organization
• Strong project and process management skills
• Experience in change management and customer-facing initiatives
