Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of management experience, including 4+ years managing managers
  • 8+ years of experience in incident response for large-scale distributed services with high SLOs/SLAs
  • Proven ability to lead strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in basic incident troubleshooting and familiarity with SQL, Splunk, or similar query languages
  • Ability to adapt communication for diverse audiences, including executives and internal teams
