A company is looking for a Senior Director - Global Diagnostics Scientific Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on lab medicine, focusing on lab processes across the enterprise
• Develop and implement global strategies for diagnostic accuracy and availability
• Provide diagnostic training and support to internal teams and ensure integration of best practices across business units

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or other relevant doctorate
• 5 years of clinical or pharmaceutical industry experience
• 8+ years of relevant diagnostic medical affairs experience preferred
• Deep understanding of lab medicine
• Ability to collaborate and influence across teams in a global environment
