Job Summary

A company is looking for a GitHub Copilot Coach, Sr. Consulting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching to scrum teams, facilitating continuous improvement practices
• Host 1:1 sessions to guide teams on effective usage of AI tools like GitHub Copilot
• Drive adoption and utilization of GitHub Copilot and conduct demo sessions for teams

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in software development and SDLC activities
• Skilled in leading, influencing, and mentoring developers, with a preference for pair programming experience
• Ability to adapt coaching materials and styles for various roles and technologies
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Passionate interest in AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot
