Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change & Communications Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage change management and communication activities for the Payroll and Time & Attendance transformation project
• Define and deliver high-quality change communications content to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain project-related artifacts on SharePoint

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in leading Change & Communications in complex programs
• Deep understanding and passion for change management
• Experience with Payroll, Time, or HR
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in delivering clear and effective communication of complex changes
