Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of healthcare delivery
• Ensure compliance of clinical and service quality improvement programs with accreditation and regulatory requirements
• Conduct assessments and develop targeted activities to improve performance measures such as Star Ratings and HEDIS

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a clinical license, or a Master's Degree in a related health field
• Valid state clinical license preferred; Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in a clinical/healthcare environment related to the degree program
• Three to five years of managed care experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in compliance, accreditation, service, or quality improvement, and complex project management
