Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genetic Counselor Assistant to provide support to their lab-based Genetic Counseling team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients ordering testing by coordinating with the lab Genetic Counselor team
• Respond to inquiries from clients and healthcare providers regarding genetic testing
• Perform administrative duties including data entry and maintenance of records

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a biological life science
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Familiarity with genetics concepts is advantageous
