Job Summary

A company is looking for a Genesis Cloud CX3 Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer journey flow creation in Genesys Architect
• Provide technical guidance to developers on IVR flows, bot flows, backend integrations, and routing
• Collaborate with product managers and software developers to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, including IVR flows and backend integrations
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and NLU/NLP technologies
• Genesys certification (GCX-ARC, GXC-CCA, and GCX-SCR) is highly desirable
