AI and Innovation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI, Copilot, and Innovative Solutions Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a comprehensive AI innovation strategy and roadmap
• Lead the ideation, prototyping, and development of innovative AI solutions
• Oversee the integration of AI models and technologies into existing products and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development or technology innovation
• Hands-on experience with AI and data science tools, including programming proficiency
• Solid understanding of Microsoft's AI and productivity ecosystem is advantageous
• Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication abilities
