A company is looking for a French Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative - Seasonal Colleague.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels
• Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws
• Translate complex health and welfare and pension information into understandable terms for customers

Required Qualifications

• Excellent French language skills with the ability to translate to English
• High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
