Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freight Broker (Sales Account Manager) to work remotely and manage a book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers and negotiate rates based on market conditions
• Acquire new customers and carriers to build and expand the book of business
• Utilize operational support and assets to create win/win deals for clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider with an established customer base
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for full support in business development
• Experience using CRM and TMS systems
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
• High moral and ethical standards in business practices
