Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative roles with experience leading integrated campaigns
• Strong portfolio including public service or cause-based work
• Proven ability to develop creative under budget constraints and sensitive subject matter
• Comfort with jumping into projects midstream or building a vision from scratch
• Ability to set direction and provide hands-on support as needed
