Foreclosure Specialist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist III, responsible for monitoring and overseeing the foreclosure process for assigned loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure progress and ensure compliance with investor guidelines
• Serve as the primary escalation contact for team members and attorneys
• Conduct quality control reviews and maintain tracking of legal expenses

Required Qualifications

• A combined 4 years' higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years' experience in Default Servicing
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• 3 years' experience in Default Servicing is preferred
• Proven leadership ability and understanding of mortgage products
• Experience in training new staff and implementing procedures
