Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Patient Engagement Representative-Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and retention strategies through various communication channels
• Accurately determine eligibility for care coordination and service line navigation, and provide physician referrals as needed
• Document and refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments while maintaining quality measures and productivity levels

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience required
• Telephone/call center experience required
• Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment required
• Preferred: Two years of college education
