Florida Licensed Revenue Integrity Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Integrity Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure accuracy of the healthcare revenue cycle processes including registration, charge capture, coding, billing, and collections
• Develop strategies for changes in reimbursement and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for implementation
• Analyze financial statements and assist in the completion of the Medicare Cost Report and annual budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Health Administration required; Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Experience in nursing, clinical, HIM/Coding, or other allied healthcare fields
• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification required
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer requirements
• Hands-on expertise in utilizing revenue cycle tools such as EPIC, Tstar, and Diver
