Job Summary

A company is looking for a Direct Sales Agent - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and create health insurance packages through a solution sales approach
• Suggest modifications to existing insurance policies and nurture leads through outbound calls
• Build relationships with customers and meet departmental attendance and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of Call Center & Sales experience required
• Experience in Under 65 Health, Dental, Vision ancillary sales preferred
• Life and Health Insurance license required, must be maintained throughout employment
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and navigate software applications
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email, and Instant Message programs
