Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead psychosocial treatment for assigned patients
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for alcohol use disorder, depression, anxiety, and trauma
• Coordinate care among the interdisciplinary team and manage patient appointments

Required Qualifications

• License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW or equivalent)
• Three to five years of experience in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy
• Experience treating individuals age 65 and older
• Technology-savvy with experience in service apps such as EHR and Zoom
• A secure private office setup for conducting video medical appointments
