Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor, Florida NSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of claims personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Oversee claims activities, ensuring adherence to policies and identifying efficiency gains
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Florida's auto claims market and manage complex claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 7-10 years of experience in auto claims, particularly in Florida PIP claims
• 3-5 years of leadership experience with a proven record in customer care
• Expert knowledge of Florida Personal Injury Protection (PIP) regulations
• Ability to obtain and maintain an adjuster's license as required
