Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to manage support desks and troubleshoot help requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, categorize, resolve, and document requests from the Certinia Service Desk
• Escalate requests requiring technical assistance with appropriate background documentation
• Manage user access and permissions in Certinia and NetSuite

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience using Certinia PSA or a comparable system
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
