Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models for long-term planning and scenario analysis
• Partner with department heads to develop and monitor budgets and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
• Experience building 3-statement financial models and conducting variance analyses
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leaders
• Experience developing financial reporting materials for executive management, boards, or external investors
