Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and verify purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain accurate records of purchase order activity and ensure proper approvals
• Communicate with vendors regarding purchase order status and resolve invoice discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Excel, and Teams
• Experience with automated accounting systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
