Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Manage and maintain Oracle PBCS processes and systems, providing expert-level support
  • Prepare financial reports for the Board of Directors and CFO, highlighting key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate FP&A or related finance roles
  • Proficiency in Oracle, PBCS, SmartView, and advanced Excel skills
  • Prior experience in managing or mentoring team members is a plus
