Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage headcount by collaborating with executive leaders and HR on recruiting plans
• Develop and analyze annual operating expense plans and forecasts
• Drive financial process improvements to enhance automation and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and return on investment analysis
• Knowledge of core accounting concepts
• Proficient in SQL/Snowflake, G Suite, and MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with Anaplan is a plus but not mandatory
