Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support the Finance team in managing payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review timesheet entries for accuracy and report errors prior to payroll input
  • Input global payroll data and adjustments for hourly and salaried employees
  • Generate and distribute monthly forms for invoice payment processing
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
  • Progress towards or completion of Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Experience with US payroll, ADP WorkForceNow, and TriNet is considered an asset
  • Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality
