Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to support multi-year transformation programs and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead program management of finance-related projects and ensure alignment with business goals
• Support finance transformation project delivery, including requirement gathering and implementation support
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and own the communications strategy for transformation programs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in finance, program management, or transformation roles
• Familiarity with finance process areas and operations, particularly in Finance Transformation
• Experience in large-scale Finance Transformation with knowledge of project management methodologies
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project components effectively
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage change across various departments
