Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support a top producing branch in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail loan processing experience
• Experience with FHA/VA and Conventional loans; USDA/Bond/Jumbo preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required
