Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager focused on FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly financial cadences, including close packages and forecast updates
• Lead and maintain consolidated financial forecasts and headcount plans to support decision-making
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reporting and partner cross-functionally to drive financial accountability

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years in an FP&A role at a high-growth company
• Strong modeling and analytical skills; capable of building financial models from scratch
• Experience managing headcount and operating expense forecasts
• Familiarity with compensation strategy or planning preferred
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL/Looker experience a plus
